Been thinking about this sweet girl all day. I make no apologies for the fact that I have no connections to her - I have a niece who is the age Caylee would be now, and all I can think about is how Caylee represents her, too. She represents every child that deserves a loving family and the chance to grow to her full potential. I’m just made sick by the fact that her clear killer walked free and, what’s more, will undoubtedly profit from her crimes. This is not justice, and there is something fundamentally wrong with our justice system if we can say that it is.
